Designed specifically for the mama-to-be, this massage helps relieve aches and pains caused by pregnancy and is designed to help mama relax. We will also teach you very helpful stretches that can relieve low back and hip pain and also prepare pelvic floor muscles for delivery.

This treatment is specifically focused on your head and face and perfect for those who suffer from headaches and / or sinus issues OR perfect for those who just enjoy a great head massage! The treatment will start with eucalyptus infused steam, followed by a head and face massage, and will end with ice globes. Add hot towels for an additional $10.
